Through the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, we are able to provide certification and legalisation of export documents to member states of the Arab League of Nations including:

TA Carnet International Customs Documents

We provide our clients with an online processing service for ATA Carnet temporary trading documents.

EUR-1 and ATR Form Authentication

HM Customs & Excise requires authentication of EUR1 and ATR forms for Preferential Trade Agreement rates. We provide authentication through the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

Letter of Credit Processing

Our professional documentation specialists can examine your Letter of Credit to ensure that all necessary requirements are met to avoid rejection. About 80 per cent of Letters of Credit fail on first presentation, and 50 percent are also rejected on second presentation. We use our expertise and communicate directly with the airline or shipping line to make sure your documents are in order. We also present the necessary papers to the bank on your behalf. Fees are based on the requirements of each individual Letter of Credit.

Standard Shipping Notes

The Standard Shipping Note (SSN) helps export traders by providing them with a single standard document to cover entire shipments from different ports or depots. We keep both Standard Shipping Notes and Dangerous Goods Notes in stock. A minimum order of 10 forms is required, and we offer discounts for bulk orders.

International Import Certificates

The International Import Certificate (IIC) is used to obtain permission from one’s own government to import goods or technology from abroad. A UK citizen or company that seeks to import controlled goods from a Co-ordinating Committee (COCOM) member country applies for an IIC at the request of the exporting country’s licensing body.

Goods imported using the IIC must come directly from the exporting country without diversion or trans-shipment, and they cannot be re-exported without a license from the country of importation. We can provide blank forms from the Chambers and Cook Forwarding Department on request.

Assurance of quality and professionalism

We utilise our years of experience, standing in the freight forwarding business, and extensive international relationships, and add our commitment to quality to provide the best possible service to our clients. We can handle all import and export documentation for you allowing your company to concentrate on what it does best.
